    ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Charming bright antique gold. In the nose notes of pineapple, banana and pear that give sensations of ripe fruit, complexity and freshness with citrus and grapefruit notes emphasizing salty nuances and aromatic herbs with an elegant touch of white pepper. In the mouth, the wine is voluminous and consistent. Sapide and fresh with a very lingering finish. Incredibly unique.

    ASSEMBLY SUGGESTIONS

Perfect with smoked fish starters, foie gras paté croutons and grilled fish. Fantastic at "carbonara" pasta with grated fresh truffle. A pure experience as a meditation wine.
