Montevibiano, The Castello in a magical place in Umbria, near Perugia, in the heart of Italy. The grapes of Castello di Monte Vibiano are grown directly on the extensive estate just outside Perugia. They grow grapes such as Trebbiano, Grechetto, Sagrantino, but also Cabernet, Sauvignon, Viognier and Merlot. The maceration with the skins during fermentation ensures the extraction of polyphenols and aroma.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Charming bright antique gold. In the nose notes of pineapple, banana and pear that give sensations of ripe fruit, complexity and freshness with citrus and grapefruit notes emphasizing salty nuances and aromatic herbs with an elegant touch of white pepper. In the mouth, the wine is voluminous and consistent. Sapide and fresh with a very lingering finish. Incredibly unique.
ASSEMBLY SUGGESTIONS
Perfect with smoked fish starters, foie gras paté croutons and grilled fish. Fantastic at "carbonara" pasta with grated fresh truffle. A pure experience as a meditation wine.
