ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A light yellow hue leaning towards gold immediately characterizes the color. The elegant olfactory impact of white fruit is followed by tropical sensations that tend to am plify papaya in the beginning and then leave room for a clear note of lychee which harkens to a very fine citrus background. Finally, the right and balanced freshness completes the whole and emphasizes the great work of tradition and international breath.
ASSEMBLY SUGGESTIONS
Delicious with asparagus and crispy bacon risotto, or with rich Catalan style lobster.
