Montevibiano, The Castello in a magical place in Umbria, near Perugia, in the heart of Italy. The grapes of Castello di Monte Vibiano are grown directly on the extensive estate just outside Perugia. They grow grapes such as Trebbiano, Grechetto, Sagrantino, but also Cabernet, Sauvignon, Viognier and Merlot. The maceration with the skins during fermentation ensures the extraction of polyphenols and aroma.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The delicacy of this wine is already apparent from the ruby red color that can be seen. An undergrowth of red currant fruit enhances notes of ripe plum and cherries that ripen into a caramel note that makes this wine umque. Soft and velvety tannins give the palate delicate sensations that complete it with great pleasure.
